About mbar

Since August 2011 mbar is part of Ash Air.

mbar was originally formed in 2001 in Silverdale, Auckland by Paul and Debbie Vickers, to service vacuum pumps and blowers. The move to Te Awamutu in 2002 was made to locate mbar to the geographic centre of the Dairy plants in the North Island.

In 2006 the business expanded into larger premises and started in house overhauling of vacuum pumps and blowers. The premises doubled again in size in 2007 as the range of dedicated overhaul equipment grew.

mbar now has the largest team of vacuum pump and blower experienced technicians, and the best equipped vacuum pump and blower overhaul workshop in New Zealand.
